Mai & Thomas Engagement Session - Pacific City Oregon

Some days you just get a dream come true … Mai & Thomas are recently engaged with an adorable story. I was so excited to have them meet me in Pacific City, Oregon at Cape Kiwanda on one of the most gorgeous Winter days at the beach. Earlier that day, I received a text from Mai saying she wanted to do something for Thomas because he always makes her feel so special. She had a ring and though he originally proposed to her, she wanted to return the gesture and surprise him. She slipped me a ring in the parking lot and we came up with a plan of what I would ask him to do when the time was right. I made Thomas turn away from me during a portion of the session and look out toward the ocean and then I posed Mai on his shoulder and said “oh, let me adjust something” so I walked up to her and handed her the ring while he was still facing away … she then shared some special words and dropped down on her knee … Eeeeek, it was so special and fun!
