Senior portrait session: South Salem, Oregon

What could I say about this session in South Salem, Oregon and this awesome young lady!?!

There is no greater feeling for me as a senior portrait photographer than to just CLICK with a client as soon as you meet them and that definitely happened with Ryleigh. She reminded me so much of myself … super chill but can pick up the beat and have a great time. Literally dancing her way through her session to all kinds of music we seriously had so much fun.

Oh, and she loves “the original Britney Spears” … well that is the ONLY Britney Spears for me … so good and really takes me back to such a fun time in my own life.

We started the session at a somewhat hidden park called Woodmansee park here in South Salem before heading over to a beautiful community garden plot and then to the top of a nearby hill that I drive to almost daily and have always wanted to shoot at … let’s just say there aren’t any “no trespassing” signs so we went for it and sooo glad we did!!!
